I always wanted to get into shape and to look muscular. I tried few workouts and diets to get to my goal,but due to some weak plans and improper diets I couldn't reach my goal. Tried the same plan for an year but still there were no results.

But once I planned my workouts different and started eating good nutrition ,I started seeing minor results. I learnt through my failure
I faced many injuries due to poor form and lack of proper range of motion,but with time going through these injuries I came to know the proper way to use weights.

I attend parties with friends and family the thing I do is count my calories, the next day I do intermittent fast, and increase my workout volume and burn few more calories.

The meal plan is not only tailored just for packed protein,carbs and fats but also took many aspects into consideration.
The planned meals are made with proper nutritional values. we take some points for making proper foods which makes the digestion is easy. And we consider proper scale for acid/alkali and make the diet well balanced.

In case if you don't know about acidic/alkaline foods, our body always strives to maintain the ph value around 7.35-7.45, so the food containing a ph value of less than 7 are considered as acidic and more of 7 are alkaline.
The blood's ph value decreases when we consume acidic foods. but the body tries to neutralize the ph levels by consuming some minerals like calcium and get the ph values neutralised and get back on track. by this it weakens the bones.so we need to include more of alkaline foods in the diet
