About me
I always wanted to get into shape and to look muscular. I tried few workouts and diets to get to my goal,but due to some weak plans and improper diets I couldn't reach my goal. Tried the same plan for an year but still there were no results.
But once I planned my workouts different and started eating good nutrition ,I started seeing minor results. I learnt through my failure
I faced many injuries due to poor form and lack of proper range of motion,but with time going through these injuries I came to know the proper way to use weights.
